Not dieting is a lifestyle I whole-heartedly support. Dieting easily leads to restriction, guilt, shame, frustration, deprivation, and failure. Who wants to experience or feel that over the long haul? I certainly don’t, and I don’t want you to! What kind of a life is that?
Instead of leading you to lose weight, keep it off, and love your body, research shows that dieting actually leads to feeling bad about yourself because you will likely fail (and that’s not your fault!). Instead of making you healthier and happier, you will probably be miserable in the midst of your restrictive diet, and susceptible to binging during or immediately after completing your diet. Plus, you have a very low chance of actually keeping that weight off, according to research.

Long story short, dieting sucks. And it doesn’t work. It’s time to jump off that bandwagon & stop dieting once and for all.
