3 Ingredient Healthy Grape Soda

I used to make this delicious grape lime soda drink growing up, since I can’t find the brand of non-sickly sweet grape soda around, I decided to go ahead and try my own way. Honestly, after developing this guy, I don’t think I could ever go back. Welch’s 100% Concord grape juice sweetens this drink up just enough for it to tantalize your tastebuds. Along with this natural sweetness comes the immune busting benefits of Concord grapes. Really, it’s a win win for your tongue and your heart.
You’ve probably heard the research or the hype around red wine. How good it is for you, well I don’t drink so I can turn to 100% Concord grape juice to get pretty much the same polyphenol action (heart benefits) found in traditional red wine.

Make your very own family friendly grape soda, without all the additives of normal grape soda
- 1 cup 100% Welch's Concord Grape Juice
- 1 cup sparkling water either white grape or lime flavored
- 1 whole lime, juiced medium sized
Mix together grape juice, sparkling water, and lime juice.
Pour into glasses to serve.
This is a great and way healthier version of your go-to grape soda.
