3 Ingredient Hot Dark Chocolate Mix

Hurry up and throw these 3 ingredients together for a quick & healthy hot chocolate mix.

Here’s the Recipe Redux theme for November 2016: The holiday baking season is upon us. Time to pull out all the stops. Show us the healthy holiday dessert you will be sharing with family and friends this season.

Want to know the honest truth? It’s currently 5:53pm on Monday, November 21, and just a few hours ago I remembered that it’s Recipe Redux time. I’ve had desserts out the wazoo, and regardless of how health-ified another one is, I’m kinda tapped out (well, until Thursday).. and yes, this is weird. I can (ahem even recently) pack in the sweets. But not today. Again… weird.
Instead of making potentially a couple desserts that I will wind up eating by myself, thanks for the help-roommates!, and feel like I have to finish it all because I hate wasting food, I decided to keep it simple and make something that will provide a quick chocolate fix, warm you up, and last longer than a cake or other dessert would. And something that doubles as a delicious holiday gift, now that’s too good to be true. Oh actually it’s not, it’s hot chocolate mix.
