Vegetarian Burrito Bowl Recipe with Queso
- Small Saucepan

- 1/2 cup black beans drained
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup sliced peppers and onions
- 1/4 cup queso (see notes for recipe)
- 1/4 cup fresh salsa
- 1/4 lime
- Mix cumin, oregano, salt, and black beans. Add rice, beans, veggies, queso, and salsa to bowl. Serve with lime wedge and tortilla chips if desired.
