Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 raw Davidson's Safest Choice pasteurized egg
  • 1/4 cup milk + more if thinner smoothie is desired
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or 1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
