Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 raw Davidson's Safest Choice pasteurized egg
  • ¼ cup milk + more if thinner smoothie is desired
  • ½ tablespoon honey or ½ teaspoon artificial sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy

  • Use canned or fresh pumpkin puree
