Ham and Swiss Sliders
Use up your leftover Easter Ham by making these easy baked ham and swiss sliders. They're easy, bursting with flavor and perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 9 Kings Hawaiian rolls leave as a sheet of rolls
- 4-6 slices spiral cut ham
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice rolls in half, so there is a top and bottom sheet of rolls to place ham and cheese between. Place bottom half sheet of rolls in 8x8 baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise on rolls. Layer ham on top of mayonnaise. One layer of ham slices is enough, unless you love ham.
Place four slices of swiss cheese next to each other on top of the ham. Overlap cheese if slices are too big to cover ham.
Place top sheet of rolls on top of ham and swiss.
Mix together butter mixture. Add butter, dijon mustard, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until butter is mostly melted, about 15 seconds.
Pour butter mixture over rolls, spread evenly with the back of a spoon or pastry brush. Cover with oven safe silicon lid or tin foil. Bake for 12 minutes, then uncover and bake for 3 more, or until crispy and browned.
Remove from oven when browned, and transfer to a cutting board with a spatula or just flip the sliders over onto the cutting board. Slice into 9 sliders with a serrated knife, serve immediately.
